Shipping Policy
At ShopaX, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Times
- Major cities (Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria): 3-5 business days
- Other areas: 5-7 business days
- Remote/rural areas: 7-10 business days
Shipping Costs
- Free shipping on all orders over R500
- Standard shipping: R80 for orders under R500
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time.
Delays
While we do our best to meet the above timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to high demand, courier issues, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at support@shopax.co.za.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. ShopaX is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
